At first glance, Doppelganger reminded me of those early 90's point and click adventures, with a mash-up of OG Resident Evil and Eastern flavoured aesthetics, but then when the main protagonist escaped the room...well...it's left a little ambiguous but you'll definitely leave the game with questions. The puzzles were logical and even though a few of them turned out to be a little tricksy, if you persevere you'll get that dopamine hit of satisfaction. A true gem, to be sure.    

I don't really understand the story, but it's an interesting well-made psychological horror game. It reminds me of some of the Japanese indie horror games, both in gameplay and the fact that the story is confusing to me. I had a good t

I streamed this and I feel bad for some of the things I said about. A lot of it is obvious in hindsight, and me not checking. As well I cheated for times sake. However a day later I now see the passion put into this. It looks great, plays great, and that ending cutscene came out of left field. I was speechless. Amazing work.

This has quite the pay off. It may just surprise you.
